We ship Rocks, crystals, fossils, jewelry, and various other products nationwide via online retail marketplaces, and online wholesale marketplaces.
We are a growing company and lot's of opportunities await you here at Lotus Crystals! We have part time and full time positions available.
Core responsibilities include:
Packing/shipping orders daily Unpacking incoming shipments, pricing, and re-stocking items from shipments Auditing inventory and listing accuracy Requirements:
Must be:
Reliable/punctual Team player Able to take and give constructive feedback Self starter Must have reliable transportation Pay:
Starting pay is $15-$18/hour based on experience and skill base.
Monthly profit sharing bonuses are included, that are base on a percentage of revenue split evenly between employees based on hours worked.
(Employees are eligible for profit sharing bonuses after 90 days of employement).
Benefits:
After a 90 day period, the following benefits will be available to full time employees:
Paid time off (8 hours accrued for every 145 hours worked).
