We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Front desk Receptionist and Insurance Biller.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and emails promptly and assist with inquiries Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendar Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims Collect co-pays and payments from patients Maintain patient records and update information as needed Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and filing Collaborate with the optometrist and other staff members to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in computer skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous experience in a medical office setting - preferred Knowledge of medical insurance billing - preferred How to apply:
