Summary: Oversee daily operations for the Kanab manufacturing facility. Direct, mentor, plan, coordinate, and facilitate all activities of the manufacturing facility to ensure all product lines are manufactured on schedule, meeting high quality standards and cost objectives. Lead continuous performance and process improvements, while strengthening a positive work environment for employees.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
1. Lead the production of on-time, high-quality products from multiple production lines through daily coordination of product line staffing to meet daily and weekly product mix demand requirements.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address a diverse range of production issues.
3. Mentor employees in TRIM (Lean) concepts, using TRIM tools and training to analyze processes, solve problems, and lead continuous improvements.
4. Bring Kanab departments together to meet common objectives, with an emphasis on cross-training. Oversee the coordination between production, all production support groups, maintenance, and areas that may report through other leaders, including IT, Quality, and HR.
5. Build and reinforce relationships between Kanab and Riverton locations, particularly with Product & Design, Supply Chain, and Distribution Services in order to strengthen our ability to meet company mission, goals, and objectives.
6. Direct Kanab management in hiring, developing, training, and motivating employees.
7. Work with Global Operations Vice President to develop long-range strategic planning for the facility, equipment, and personnel. Anticipate needs and devise strategies and methods for future fulfillment and shipping requirements. Find short- and long-range improvements in processes to increase both quantity and quality of production.
8. Administer and prepare the operational and capital budget for the facility.
9. Perform miscellaneous management functions to facilitate and maintain day-to-day issues for smooth operations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. At least five years management experience in manufacturing, with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
3. Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with employees and managers in various departments to identify opportunities and determine solutions.
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to create a collaborative environment that will satisfy customer needs and wants, meet business objectives, and direct a diverse work force.
5. A proven track record of problem solving, process analysis, and continuous improvement.
6. Ability to demonstrate initiative, set priorities, and independently drive for results.
7. Must be able to deliver constructive feedback in a positive, direct manner.
8. Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
